摘要
模拟井眼中的钻井实体膨胀管膨胀时的力学环境,选用35CrMo钢管,对实体膨胀管在5个不同膨胀幅度下的管子壁厚不均度及不圆度的变化规律进行了试验研究。发现膨胀管在膨胀后其壁厚不均度及不圆度会在原来的基础上进一步增大;对管子进行了探伤分析,发现膨胀使管子某些管段出现了开裂,但在纵向上的不同管段,管子出现缺陷的情况不一样。由此说明钻井膨胀管膨胀过程中存在着较为严重的不均匀变形现象,并对造成这些不均匀变形的原因进行了分析,同时认为这种不均匀变形是造成膨胀后管子抗挤强度降低的一个重要因素。这些认识对于膨胀管管材的相关标准制定及膨胀工艺设计研究具有重要意义。
Abstract
By simulating the real dynamic environment in the hole, an experimental study aimed at discovering the changing tendency of pipe wall thickness unevenness and pipe unroundness in five different inflating ranges was conducted using the 35CrMo steel pipe. It was discovered that after inflation, the unevenness and unroundness became even larger, and crack detection and analysis found some defects in some parts of the inflating pipe. However, the defects are different in the longitudinal direction of the pipe. It shows that severe uneven deformation happens to the inflating pipe during inflation. Factors causing this uneven deformation were analyzed and it is concluded that the uneven deformation is one of the main factors causing the reduction of pipe collapsing strength. This study is valuable for composing the practical standards for inflating pipe materials and the research on inflating technology design.
