新型环空保护液的腐蚀性研究与应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION ON NEW ANNULAR PROTECTING FLUID CORROSION

目前,改性钻井液环空保护液、低固相环空保护液、清洁盐水环空保护液因其施工简单、方便、成本低在完井后比较常用,但普遍存在着腐蚀问题;油基环空保护液是非腐蚀性的,但单位成本高、环境污染严重,不能广泛应用。在对几种有机盐的物理特性进行比较后,选择了Weigh2和Weigh3这2种有机盐水溶液进行研究。通过金属挂片腐蚀试验、金属自腐蚀试验和应力腐蚀破裂试验以及对橡胶试样的硬度和重量影响试验,发现这2种有机盐水溶液均能达到井下管柱防腐和保护环空的目的。作为环空保护液在现场应用了6口井,效果良好,且成本合理,对环境无污染。
Modified mud annulus protection fluid, low solid annulus protection fluid and pure salt annulus protection fluid are in common use after well completion because of their simple use and low cost. Oil base annulus protection fluid is not corrosive, however, its high cost and environment pollution restricts its universal use. After compared with other organic salts, Weigh2 and Weigh3 organic salts solution are selected for study. Through hanged up metal corrosion experiment, metal self corrosion experiment, stress corrosion cracking experiment and rubber sample hardness and weight influence experiment, the two organic salts both attend to prevent corrosion and protect annular tubes. These two organic salts solution have been applied in 6 wells as annulus protection fluid. Results show that the fluids are very effective, economic and have no pollution.
