小井眼固井质量差的原因及解决办法

由于小井眼环空间隙小,固井水泥浆不能均匀分布,容易出现固井质量差、套管抗外挤能力低等问题。通过有限元模拟计算和物理模型仿真试验研究分析了小井眼固井质量差的原因,并针对性地开发应用了套管扶正器、延迟固井水泥浆技术、回插式液压尾管悬挂器固井工艺,与同等条件下常规固井技术相比,固井质量优良率提高29个百分点。新技术的研究和应用,有效地提高了小井眼的固井质量,延长了套管的寿命。
Poor cementing quality is a common problem in the slim hole due to its small clearance and uneven distribution of cement slurry, it can also cause the reduction of casing collapsing strength. Factors causing the poor cementing quality are investigate by finite element simulation calculating and physical modeling test, and such tool and technologies as casing centralizer, time-delay cementing technology, back-inserting hydraulic liner hanger are developed. Compared with the conventional cementing technology in the same condition, good cementing quality improved by 29%. This technology effectively improved the cementing quality in the slim hole and expanded the life of casing.
