毛坝-1井位于四川省的东北部,其钻穿的地层倾角大、结构复杂,有易坍塌的碳质泥岩层、多套煤层、石膏层,膏盐层等,为克服石膏侵、膏盐侵、硫化氢气侵、高压天然气侵、井漏、井涌等复杂情况,试验应用了稀硅酸盐钻井液体系,取得了较理想的结果。所设计的稀硅酸盐抗钙防塌钻井液体系可保持较高的pH值,具有良好的抗膏、盐、硫化氢、天然气侵能力,良好的封堵微裂缝效果和润滑防卡作用,抗硫化氢侵污能力强,与各种除硫剂配伍性好,适合高含硫地区钻井施工。体系所使用药品种类少,性能稳定,易于维护,处理剂毒性小,符合环保要求。
Silicate - based drilling fluid systems have been widely applied in recent years. These systems show strong borehole stability and environmental compatibility. Silicate can react with clay minerals and constrain the hydration of clay, it also can plug the pores and fractures near wellbore. In this paper, the basic Chemical properties of aqueous silicate solutions were described, and the characteristics of dilute silicate - based drilling fluid systems were summarized according to present research results. Dilute silicate - based drilling fluid system was successfully applied to drill through the thick gypsum layers in well ManBa-1.
