摘要
针对事故井在打捞过程中倒扣扭矩和套铣扭矩选择难的问题,建立了打捞管柱扭矩分析计算模型,利用扭矩计算模型对打捞施工过程中整个管柱扭矩载荷进行了计算,计算结果能够为打捞施工中合理的扭矩参数选择提供理论参考,为井下安全施工提供了技术保证,减少了打捞作业过程中管柱断裂、脱扣等复杂事故的发生,进一步提高了作业效率,降低了工程成本。
Abstract
A torque mechanics model is established for fishing pipe string, according to some problems of torsion force selection in fishing operation. Using the model, torsion stress -load curves of working string are obtained. It is a theory foundation for torque force selection in fishing operation. The data obtained in this study are very helpful and instructive for fishing operation.
