油田注入水无机垢结垢趋势预测是油田开发过程中遇到的技术难题之一。针对胜利纯化油田纯2块注水开发过程中注水压力升高的问题,对纯2块注入水结垢问题进行了理论预测和试验研究,结果表明,纯2块注入水与地层水配伍性较差,注入水中钙、镁离子被地层岩心吸附或在地层中结垢现象严重,是造成注水压力升高的主要原因之一。
Sealing tendency prediction of oilfield injection water is one of the technical difficulties in oilfield development. Theoretical prediction and test study were conducted aiming at solving the problem of water injection pressure rise during water flooding development in Block Chun- 2. Results showed that the injection water has poor compatibility with formation fluid, and core absorption of calcium and magnesium ions or severe inorganic sealing contribute as the main cause of injection pressure rise.
