微交联泡沫胶选择性堵气室内研究

摘要
针对渤海SZ36-1油田油井高气油比使油井不能正常生产问题,选用微交联泡沫胶体系用于防止气窜。通过静态泡沫试验,筛选最佳泡沫体系:分子量为600万、浓度为8000mg/L的HPAM作为稳定剂;0.5%的C14-C16AOS为起泡剂;浓度为150~200mg/L的Cr3+作为交联剂。泡沫体系影响因素研究表明:pH值为5~11、温度不高于90℃,对起泡液量和半衰期影响不大;压力越高,微交联泡沫胶稳定性越好;成胶前,微交联泡沫胶的稳定性差,成胶后形成泡沫的稳定性很好,比聚合物泡沫的半衰期大大增加;起泡前加入少量油,泡沫的稳定性下降,起泡后加入油,对稳泡没有多大影响。动态试验研究表明,微交联泡沫胶对不同渗透率的水相岩心都有很好的封堵能力,对油相岩心封堵能力较弱,可见微交联泡沫胶对含油饱和度差异大的地层具有很好的选择性封堵能力。微交联泡沫胶综合了泡沫和凝胶在堵气中的作用,应用前景广阔。
Abstract
Aim at the serious gas channeling of Bo Sea SZ36-1 oilfield, the high ratios of oil to gas, and the situation making oil well can not produce normally, choose slightly cross - linking gel foam system used in preventing production well from occurimg gas channeling. Through the selection of the static foam experiments, the best system of slightly cross - linking gel foam was composed of 0.8% HAMP whose molecular weight is six million as stabilizator, 0.5% alfa- olefine suffonate (C14- 16- AOS) as foamer, 150~200 mg/L Cr3+ as cross - linking agent. The experiments on effect factors indicate that pH value and temperature have little effect on the quantity of foaming and half - life when pH value changes from 5 to 11 and temperature is not more than 90℃, that the foam becomes better when the pressure goes up, that its stability is bad before gelled but its stability becomes very good after gelled and its half - life is much longer than that of polymer - enhanced foam,that the stability of foam decreased when a little oil is added before foaming, while the stability of foam is hardly affected when some oil is added after foaming. Dynamic experiments show that the foam can selectively plug hydrophilic core with different permeability well, but it is difficult to plug hydrophobic core,so the gel foam can selectively plug formations with the wide difference in oil saturation. The experiment effect shows the application perspective of slightly cross - linking gel foam is wide in gas shutoff because it has advantages of foam and colloid.
