摘要
排砂冷采是一项新的稠油开采方式,除要求特定的地质条件外,在举升工艺上要求采用具有高携砂性能的螺杆泵。通过在套保油田多口井应用该工艺,总结出具体设计这种螺杆泵技术参数的方法,即泵排量、转速、扬程和地面驱动功率,同时阐述了如何配套油管、油杆、锚定器和定位销等井下工具。根据总结设计方法,在开发40多口井现场应用后,其举升工艺基本满足了排砂冷采需要。
Abstract
Cold heavy oil production with sand is a new kind of heavy oil production technology. In addition to specific geologic conditions, progressive cavity pump with strong sand -carrying capacity in lifting technology is adopted. Cold heavy oil production with sand technology has been widely used in many heavy oil wells in Taobao Oilfield. This paper summaries detailed technical parameters for designing progressive cavity pump, that is pumping displacement, pumping rate, pump head lift and surface drive power, at the same time, elaborates matched down - hole assembly such as tubing, sucker rod, anehor and tag bar. On the basis of summary of design methods,after having been applied in more than 40 newly - developed wells on the well site in 2003, the lifting technology can basically meet the requirements of cold heavy oil production with sand.
