南海西江大位移井井壁稳定性评估研究

利用井壁稳定性分析的集成技术,对南海西江24-1油田钻成的超大位移井的井壁稳定性进行了评估研究,通过对孔隙压力、地应力、地层强度特性的系统分析,结合测井资料处理确定了该油田安全钻井液密度窗口,并成功地应用于指导该井合理钻井液密度的确定及井身结构优化设计。对西江24-1油田井壁稳定性的评估结果,否定了国际权威研究机构得出的"在西江24-1油田井斜角大于45°将不能保持井壁稳定"的结论,为成功地钻成南海西江大位移井发挥了重要的指导作用。
In this paper,borehole stability of extended reach well drilled in Xijiang oilfield is evaluated using the integrated techniques for borehole stability analysis.The safe mud density window of this oilfield is presented through systemically analyzing of pore pressure,in situ stress,formation strength,and log data processing.The results are successfully used for proper mud density determination and casing program design.The borehole stability evaluation results of Xijiang 24-1 oilfield overthrow the conclusion that the borehole would be unstable when hole angle exceed 45 degree,which was given by international authoritative research institution.The results exert important effect on the successful drilling of extended reach well in Xijiang 24-1 oilfield.
