委内瑞拉ANACO油田MVR107水平井钻井技术

MVR107井目的层是纯砂岩薄气层。为确保水平段在产层穿行,卡准目的层位置及厚度,该井分2步钻成,首先根据邻井资料,设计并钻井斜角为56.95°领眼,穿过目的层;然后根据领眼钻井资料,设计水平段的轨迹进行侧钻。施工时4次调整水平段设计,适时变换参数,合理组合钻具,成功地完成了该水平井的钻井作业。详细介绍了MVR107井的工程设计、井眼轨迹控制、典型钻具组合以及水平井施工相关配套的钻头选型、油基钻井液使用、钻机设备配套等技术,为同类油藏的钻井提供了经验。

The target zone of MVR107 well is a thin pure sandstone gas reservoir To ensure to penetrate the target reservoir in horizontal section,a pilot hole with a deviation angle of 56.95 degree was firstly drilled to calibrate the depth and thickness of the target,then plugged back.After that,programmed the trajectory and sidetracked from the pilot hole.During the later operation,the program was changed 4 times.The first horizontal well in this area was completed successfully with proper drilling parameters and BHA.This article presented the engineering program,trajectory control and typical BHA in details and related techniques,including bit selections,oil-based mud maintenances and rig equipments etc.
