为研究水平井在不同条件下的生产特征及水平井参数对其产能的影响,对国内外有关水平井的物理模型及其试验结论进行了分类和介绍,重点介绍了水平井三维物理模型的特征。通过试验模型,对不同条件下的水平井进行了模拟试验,不仅验证了水平井无限导流产能公式在大管径条件下的正确性,同时也准确地反映了井筒压降对水平井产能的影响。最后得出结论认为该三维物理试验模型是一种研究水平井参数的有效手段,较目前的理论研究方法能更真实地反映水平井与地层间的耦合流动状态。
To investigate the production characteristics of horizontal well in different conditions,as well as the influence of horizontal well parameters on its production rate,the physical models established abroad and their test results were classified and illustrated,focusing mainly on the three dimensional physical modeling of horizontal well.Simulating tests of horizontal wells in different conditions were carried out,and by these tests,the accuracy of horizontal well infinite flowing production rate formula in large hole diameter was proven,while the influence of borehole pressure drop on production rate was also accurately reflected.It was concluded that the three dimensional physical model is an effective way of evaluating horizontal well parameters,and it can better reflect the intercommunication of horizontal borehole with surrounding formation comparing to the theoretical method.
