为了更合理地确定隔水导管最小入泥深度,根据海底土的工程地质特征,结合岩土力学理论分析,建立了不同海底土层下的隔水导管极限承载力计算模型。根据隔水导管承载力计算模型,结合海上钻井隔水导管现场施工过程中不同的工况特征,建立了隔水导管最小下入深度计算模型。理论模型在渤海QHD32-6和SZ36-1油田进行了应用,得出了隔水导管底部承载力随入泥深度的变化曲线,进一步确定出隔水导管的最小入泥深度,计算结果与实际情况比较符合。研究成果将为海上隔水导管最小入泥深度的选择提供技术帮助。
This paper presents the calculating model of ultimate load-bearing capacity of seafloor for reasonable driving depth of riser.Based on this mathematical model and with further combination of different field operating conditions,the optimal driving depth of riser has been gained.Based on this data of seafloor earth in QHD32-6 and SZ36-1 oilfield,its ultimate load-bearing capacity has been obtained,the calculating results met the real conditions perfectly.The mathematical model is very important for optimizing driving depth of offshore riser pipe.
