摘要
调径变矩抽油机是在前置式游梁抽油机上采用新型平衡方案的一种节能型抽油机,其特点是取消了曲柄平衡,将传统的直游梁设计成3段折线的弯形游梁。根据该抽油机的结构特点及运动特征,推导了其悬点速度、加速度以及曲柄扭矩等计算方程,以CYJ8-3-26HY型抽油机为例进行了模拟计算,并与CYJ8-3-48B型抽油机相关参数进行了对比,借以分析其运动学和动力学特性,为调径变矩抽油机-深井泵系统的生产参数合理配置提供了理论支持。
Abstract
The adjustable diameter and changeable toque pumping unit is a new type of pumping unit with unusual balance equipment which is improved on the basis of front mounted beam pumping unit.The unit cancels the crank balance weight and converts the conventional walking beam into three section bent one.This paper deduces the formulas of the velocity and acceleration of polish rod and the toque on the crank according to the structural and motional characteristics of pumping unit.The relative parameters of pumping unit model CYJ8-3-26HY were contrasted with them of conventional unit model CYJ8-3-48B.Then the kinetic and dynamic characteristics were analyzed.
