示功图识别技术在有杆泵工况诊断中的应用

为使油田数据库中大量的油井地面功图数据发挥更大作用,提高油井的管理水平,提出了识别泵功图新的思路和方法,采用差分曲线法对大批油井功图进行自动识别处理,对识别出的有故障油井采用神经网络技术对故障进一步定位。经过现场应用证明,利用该思路和方法设计的诊断软件识别准确率高,大大提高了诊断工作效率,有很好的应用价值。
The new thought and method for identifying dynamometer card are presented.Dynamometer card is automatically identified and processed with difference curves.The trouble is further positioned with neural networks in the trouble dynamometer card that is identified.The field application proves that the accuracy of identification for the diagnostics software designed with this thought and method is high.Diagnostics efficiency is greatly improved.
