预弯曲钻具组合特性分析及其应用

为提高定向井的钻井速度,减少频繁起下钻次数,通常采用预弯曲钻具组合进行造斜、稳斜钻进。对预弯曲钻具组合的特性进行了分析归纳,并对稳定器与井眼的间隙、稳定器与井底的距离,井斜角等因素对钻具组合特性的影响,做了详细的分析。在理论分析的指导下,对长庆油田西峰地区、华池地区的合侧向力进行了计算,得出相应的预弯曲钻具组合,完成了3口井的钻进试验,试验井段平均提高钻速43%~55.9%,取得了预期效果。
To improve the penetration rate of directional drilling,and minimize the tripping frequencies,pre-bending BHA is usually used for drilling the angle building and holding sections.The properties of pre-bending BHA were evaluated,and the influences of such factors as clearance between stabilizer and hole,distance between stabilizer and bottom hole and hole inclination on BHA properties were also described in detail.Based on the theoretical analysis,the union lateral forces in Xifeng and Huachi of Changing Oilfield were calculated,and the corresponding pre-bending BHAs were also optimized.The optimized BHAs were tested in the drilling of three wells,with average penetration rate improved by 43% to 55.9%.
