深井固井技术在陵深2井的实践

陵深2井是吐哈油田1口重点探井,设计井深4900m,完井深度5230m。由于准备对油层实施压裂改造,要求对油层套管进行全井段封固。超长封固段固井作业中,存在高温高压、高液柱压力、失重、施工时间长等几大难题。为保证施工安全与固井质量,采用了分级注水泥工艺,并对水泥浆体系和性能进行了优化。声幅和变密度测井及试油证实该井固井质量优良。介绍了固井的设计方法和施工过程,对设计、施工中存在的难点进行了讨论,并提出了几点认识。
Lingshen 2 well is a exploration well of Tuha Oilfield,with bottom dept at 5230m.High temperature,long segment cementing technology has been introduced systematically in this paper.The key technologies are including the design of casing string,the position of centralizer,the design of slurry density and displacement flow rate,the optimization of slurry system.A case study for LingShen2 is presented in this paper which demonstrates the prospect of this work.
