摘要
利用常规水平井技术开发深部薄油层有较高的技术难度。介绍了新疆哈得逊地区完井的薄油层、双阶梯水平井-HD1-27H井的设计和施工情况。该井2个水平段设计靶半高仅0.5m,并要求AB、CD段测井解释油层长度不低于水平段设计长度的75%,因而中靶精度要求高、轨迹控制难度大。合理地利用水平井钻井配套技术;利用小度数的单弯马达配合MWD导向钻井技术控制井眼轨迹,使水平段油层实钻轨迹所有测点与设计线的垂深差都控制在0.5m以内,且测井解释油层穿透率100%,刷新了利用常规MWD控制水平井轨迹精度的最高记录,该井投产后取得了显著的经济和社会效益,为以后利用水平井技术进一步开发深部薄油层提供了有益的尝试。
Abstract
It is very difficult to develop the deep thin reservoirs using the conventional horizontal drilling technology.A two-stage horizontal well HD1-27H,located in Harderson area of Xinjiang and drilled in the thin reservoirs was presented,focusing on its design and operation.The target radius designed for the two horizontal sections was only 0.5m,while the logging interpretation length should not be shorter than 75% of the designed horizontal length,thus the requirement on target hitting accuracy was very high and well trajectory control was very difficult.Taking advantage of the associated technologies,using small degree single-bend motor and combining with MWD steerable drilling,the well trajectory was accurately controlled,the error of actual trajectory was controlled within 0.5m,and the logging interpretation showed a reservoir penetration rate of 100%,which set a new record.
