为实现安全、高效、低成本钻井,应用机电液数字通讯和经济一体化技术,研制了电动、变频、数控(DBS)系列数控变频电动钻机。DBS钻机集成应用了交流变频、矢量控制、总线通讯、数字可编程序控制和计算机技术,建立起数字化、信息化、智能化平台,使钻机实现全数字控制功能,并为以后建立钻井工程数据库和远程钻井支持系统、实现智能优化钻井奠定了基础。经工业性试验表明,钻机设计新颖、性能先进,为钻井装备的升级换代和智能优化钻井提供了先进的设备。

The DBS series digital electrical drilling rig is developed to perform safe and sound drilling with low cost,and it integrates the AC variable frequency,vector control,bus communication,digital programmable control and computer technology,and builds a platform of digit,information and intelligence.Full digital control is realized for the rig,and it sets a base for establishing the drilling engineering database and long distance supporting system.The design and performance of the drilling rig is advanced,and it sets a sample for intelligent drilling in the near future.
