三工河组油藏高含水抽油井日趋增多,针对井筒内下层见水现象,应用电缆桥塞隔水工艺,利用火药产生高温高压气体推动卡瓦贴紧套管壁,胀封胶筒,封隔底水;针对下层见水且管外窜槽现象,采用卡堵一体配套工艺,利用插管桥塞挤注W964高强度复合堵剂,在桥塞下部及管外打隔板,阻止底水窜槽锥进,达到堵水目的。现场应用这2项堵隔工艺,稳油控水作用明显,有效改善了油藏开发效果,7年中累计增油30.3×104t,直接投入产出比分别达到1:27.4及1:4.4,取得显著经济效益。
Sangonghe group reservoir is the main reservoir in Cainan Oilfield,however,high water content pumping wells become more and more,and water is found in the lower section of the borehole.By applying the electrical bridge technique,and using the high temperature and high pressure produced by gunpowder to push the slip against the casing wall and inflate the rubber sleeve,so as to isolate the bottom water.In the case of bottom water and exterior casing channeling,blocking and plugging integrated technology is applied,i.e.,inject the high strength composite plugging agent W964 using the stabber bridge,form a barrier under the bridge plug and outside the casing,to stop coning and channelling of bottom water.The two techniques have been used since 1996,and the water blocking-off results were satisfactory.A total of 303 000 tons of oil has been stimulated in 7 years,and the investment to produce rates are 1:27 and 1:4.4.
