大斜度井多功能管柱的研制与应用

浅海公司大量采用大斜度井,进行平台式开发,井眼斜度大、轨迹长,抽油杆柱与油管之间发生偏磨导致杆管严重磨损,影响油井正常生产。产生的金属碎屑经沉积与井筒内杂质集结成硬度很大的硬块,直接造成卡泵等生产事故。针对这一问题,研制了抽油杆旋转器及斜井泵磁性保护器,配置成功大斜度井多功能生产管柱,经现场应用,取得了较好的效果,解决了生产难题。
Presently the Offshore Petroleum Exploitation Company carry out platform exploitation by widely using high angle well,and this will bring about some problem.High angle well is complicated deep and long,and has long well track.Friction will occur between the sucker rod and tubing,and there will be serious wear on both rod and tubing,and the serious partial wear will affect regular production of wells and pump inspection cycle.Meanwhile the deposition of metal cuttings produced by wear and accumulation of contaminants inside the borehole will produce large pieces of block with high hardness,and that will cause some production accidents,such as pump sticking,etc.In accordance with this problem,we develop rotating technique of sucker rod and magnetic pump protectors in deviated well and successfully install multifunctional production string in high angle wells.Through field application,this technique has gained good results,therefore the problem of partial wear has been resolved.
