摘要
介绍了大庆油田研究发展的桥式偏心注水及测试、抽油机井分层测压、长期关停油井分层测压等3种工艺,其中桥式偏心主通道与测试密封段的创新设计,解决了桥式偏心结构不能用于分层注水及测试的问题。实现了双卡单测流量和不投捞配水堵塞器即可直测单层压力的技术突破,避免了递减法测试误差影响,提高了测试效率和资料的准确性。
Abstract
Three separate layer pressure testing techniques were developed recently in Daqing Oilfield,They are "Eccentric Separate Layer Water Injection Testing Technique With Bridge Passage","Separate Layer Pressure Testing Technique In the Pumping Wells" and "Separate Layer Pressure Testing Technique In the Shut-in Wells".Due to the innovative design of the eccentric bridge passage and test sealing passage,the contradiction of separate layer water injection and testing simultaneously can be solved.Two technical improvements are also made to test the single layer′s flow rates stuck by double leather cups and test single layer’s pressure without running and pulling blank plugs.The error of testing initiated by the progressive decreasing method can be therefore eliminated,and the testing efficiency and data accuracy can also be greatly increased.Eccentric water injection technique with bridge passage can satisfy the demand of separate layer pressure testing and it will definitely take the place of the currently used eccentric water injection technique.The paper also discusses the application of the Separate layer testing data in Daqing oilfield.
