游梁式抽油机利用电能转换为旋转运动,减速后再经四连杆机构转换为直线往复运动,其传动系统能量损失高达28%,加上旋转特性造成启动扭矩大,系统效率一般不超过30%。直线电机抽油机将电能直接转换为直线往复运动,简化了机械传动过程,有效地提高了效率,经测试节能可达54%,而且加大冲程时整机外形尺寸和重量都增加得很少,特别是抽汲参数可无级调整,为实现自动控制及满足采油工艺要求提供了条件,是一种很有发展前途的新型抽油机
The beam-pumping unit converts the electrical power into rotary motion,and then converts into linear reciprocating motion through a connection rod mechanism after speed reduction.In this process,the energy loss is as high as 28%,and the starting moment is high,thus the system efficiency is usually kept below 30%.A novel linear motor pumping unit is designed,which converts the electrical power directly into linear reciprocating motion,thus simplified the mechanical transmission and effectively improved efficiency.Test shows that it can save 54% of the energy,meanwhile the dimension and weight has little increase although the stroke is lengthened.In addition,the pumping parameters can be adjusted steplessly,which is good for realizing automatic controlling and fulfilling the technical requirements for production.
