摘要
塔北塔河油田的奥陶系碳酸盐岩地层,井深通常在5500m以上,溶洞、裂缝比较发育,钻进过程中钻井液经常有进无出,有时"上吐下泻",很难找到钻进平衡点。通过采用地面设备(旋转防喷器等)控制井口回压,配合改进的反循环压井技术,在边漏边喷的特殊工况下继续钻进,有效地减轻了对地层的污染。主要介绍了边漏边钻工艺设计、工艺操作要求和现场实施情况。边漏边钻工艺技术的实施,顺利钻穿了溶洞、裂缝型地层,完成了钻井地质任务。可控状态下的边漏边钻工艺作为一种非常规的钻井技术,为复杂地层的顺利钻进、油气层的发现及打开更多产层提供了有效的措施。
Abstract
wells drilled in the Ordovician Carbonate formations in Tahe Oilfield of North Tarim are commonly deeper than 5500 meters, and caves and fractures are well developed.It is easy to cause severe lost circulation when drilling in this area, and sometimes as worse as no return drilling fluid can be found, or well kick and lost circulation take place at the same time, it is very difficult to achieve a balanced drilling.With the help of surface equipment (such as rotary BOP) to control the wellhead back-pressure, and by applying modified reverse killing technology, drilling can be continued while lost circulation or blowout, thus effectively minimizes formation damage.The engineering design, operation requirements and field operations of this technology are focused on in this paper.As a non-conventional drilling technology, this technology has been widely used in well drilling for improving oil recovery, minimizing formation damage and eliminating drilling troubles.
