摘要

百70井是百色油田会战以来设计井深最深,而且已顺利完钻的1口评价井,易垮塌层那读组顶界埋藏深、厚度大居百色油田所钻井眼之最,因此施工难度大,技术要求高。介绍了该井在安全钻进、防垮塌、防卡钻及划眼等井下复杂情况下所采取的技术措施。施工证明所采取的工艺措施是行之有效的。该井的钻探成功为百色油田的较深井钻探和那读组防垮塌提供了宝贵的经验。

Abstract

As an evaluation well, well Bai-70 is the deepest well drilled since the development of Baise Oilfield.Drilling of this well was extremely difficult due to the deep buried depth and large thickness, while the technical requirements were also very high.The technical measures used for safe drilling, sloughing control, stuck pipe prevention and reaming during drilling of this well were described, and field drilling operations showed that these technical measures were effective.The success of this well was significant for the deep well drilling and sloughing control in Baise Oilfield.
