摘要
论述了高温高盐油藏化学堵水技术的实验室研究和初期现场试验情况。该技术采用一种新型凝胶型堵剂,主剂为改性阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM),交联剂为分子中含有杂环的有机胺。实验室研究表明,在最高温度140℃、最高矿化度35×104mg/L的特殊条件下,堵剂成胶固化时间为6~24h,并在此范围内可调,封堵强度达耐压20MPa以上,基本满足中原油田高温高盐油藏化学堵水的要求。该技术在初期现场试验中获得成功,效果较好。
Abstract
This article demonstrated study on lab and initial test on site about chemical water plugging in high temperature and high salt reservoir.This technique use a new gel type plugging agent, the main agent is modified CPAM, crosslinker is organic amine.Study on lab shows when the highest temperature is 140℃ and the highest salinity is 35×104mg/L, gel forming and curing time for plugging agent is 6~24h and can be adjusted in this scope, strength of plugging is above 20MPa, which basically meet with requirements of chemical water plugging in high temperature and high salt reservoir in Zhongyuan Oilfield.This technique has get good effect in test on site in initial time.
