摘要
以临2-平5井注灰封层为例,对机械防砂水平井水平段封堵工艺的选择进行了适应性比较,分析了影响水平段注水泥塞封堵效果的主要因素,有针对性地提出了提高封堵效果的具体措施,即提高水泥浆悬浮稳定性,防止水泥浆因重力分异而造成灰塞密封强度降低;加入防膨剂,减少水泥石的收缩量;用稠化浆作为水泥塞的前置液和顶替液,解决水泥浆因与顶替液密度、粘度差异过大而产生"平躺"问题等。现场应用结果表明:试验井施工一次成功,水泥塞密封效果良好,满足了水平段封堵工艺要求。该工艺的成功实施,对各油田水平井封堵工艺的选择与应用具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract
Take Lin2-ping5 well as an example, which was injected cement to plug interval, this article has compared the selections for the technology of plugging horizontal interval in mechanical sand controlling horizontal wells, and analyzed main factors which influence plugging by injecting cement plug in horizontal interval.Actual measures have been proposed for improving plug effect through injecting cement plug in horizontal interval, the measures are enhancing suspension stability of cement slurry to prevent intensity of cement plug decreasing caused by difference between gravity of cement slurry, adding anti-expansion agent to reduce shrinkage of cement, taking thickener as pad fluid and displacement fluid to resolve cement slurry running horizontally problem which caused by serious difference of density and viscosity between cement slurry and displacement fluid.The application on site shows it is effective only through one time, that would be referenced by other Oilfields for selecting and using plugging technology of horizontal well.
