摘要
针对克拉玛依六-九区稠油开采中井口普遍出现的跑油问题,提出了根治跑油的办法,研制出一种新型井口密封装置。该装置利用盘根盒腔体与光杆形成密封空间,用专用注塑枪等向腔内注入新型密封材料,使密封剂的挤压力与泄漏原油介质的压力相平衡,建立新的密封结构堵塞泄漏孔隙和通道,挡住流体的外泄。应用结果表明:采用新型密封装置操做方便,实用性强,减少了因原油泄漏造成的能源浪费及环境污染,具有很好的经济和社会效益。
Abstract
To the general oil leaking problem in wellhead of viscous oil thermal recovery in Klamayi 6-9 tract, the followings are leaking cause analyzed, leak oil from slot, off-center abrasion of rod, wellhead installation and operating is not normalized that lead to rod and packing damaged, strength of sealing material isn’t enough and structure of packing box isn’t reasonable, crude oil viscosity and back pressure is high and so on.According to these factors, the way to treat oil leaking thoroughly is found, a new wellhead sealing technology-injection molding sealing technology is developed This technology make use of sealing space among packing box body and rod, use special injection molding gun to inject mew sealing material inside body, make balance between entry pressure of sealing agent and pressure of leaking oil medium.The technology set up a new seal structure to plug pore and pore path to prevent crude oil, water and gas leaking.Application on site shows it is convenient to operate new sealing device, practicability is strong.It can reduce energy waste and environment pollution caused by oil leaking, and have get good economic effect and social effect.
