鄯科1井是1口科学探索井,实际二次中完井深4646m。该井三开钻井过程中,井下出现了坍塌、掉块、井漏、油气活跃等复杂情况,尤其是套管下完后的环空失返,给固井施工带来了很大的困难。通过制定解漏方案,采用了二级三段固井工艺技术,并优选了3种水泥浆配方,优化了水泥浆性能,使井建立了循环。施工中,下部井段第1级固井正注水泥,上部井段第2级固井先正注、后反注水泥。测试表明,固井质量达到了设计要求,为四开安全钻进奠定了基础。
Well Shanke-1 is a scientific exploration well, and its intermediate completion depth is 4646m.During drilling of the third section, such troubles as hole collapse, wall slabbing, lost circulation and oil gas activities occurred, especially the problem of annular return lost after casing running, caused great difficulties for cementing operations.By programming a suitable plugging plan, applying the double-stage three-sectional cementing technique, and optimizing three types of cement slurry formulations and their performances as well, well circulation was established once more.The first stage bottomhole section applied conventional cement job, and the upper second stage applied conventional cement job first, and then the reverse cement job.Logging results showed that the cementing quality met the designed requirements, and set the foundation for safe drilling of the fourth section.
