DETECTING TECHNOLOGY WITH HIGH TEMPERATURE AND LONG EFFECT IN VISCOUS CRUDE OIL

根据稠油、超稠油注汽开采井底温度场变化规律,在优化绝热瓶设计、电源低耗供电等方面取得了研究突破,研制成功高温长效测试仪,实现热采井生产过程中仪器在井下长达4个月的连续温度压力资料录取;开发研制了高温长效测试资料系统解释软件。本研究形成的高温长效测试技术适合于稠油超稠油开采过程油藏监测。该技术在杜84、杜32等区块应用23井次,取得节省测试费100余万元、间接增油近2×104t的良好经济效益。
According to the temperature change law in the bottom hole of steam production well, a new testing meter with high temperature and long effect was developed, which base on the research effect of thermal insulation bottle designed and low consume electric energy. This testing meter can gain pressure and temperature data continues for four months. The match interpret program was also developed. The technology adapt to the reservoir detecting in viscous oil production. The better economic effect has been gained with one million RMB after using in 23 wells.
