为研究射流方式对旋转钻头井底流场的影响,对三维、旋转、非对称布置多个喷嘴的钻头进行了多种射流方式的数值对比模拟,并进行了详细的数据分析和讨论。模拟结果表明,射流方式对漫流层厚度影响不大但对井底的清岩能力有明显影响,同角度倾斜射流产生的井底结构在计算范围内比其它射流方式要好。
To study the influence of different types of jet flow on bottomhole flowing field of the rotary bit, numerical comparisons and simulations are conducted to the drilling bit with multiple nozzles, combining the arrangement of three-dimension, rotary and asymmetric geometry under different jet flow types. Simulating results show that the jet flow type has little influence on the thickness of cross flow, while it has remarkable effect on cuttings removing capability at the bottomhole. As compared with other jet flows, the dipping jet flow in the same angle results a more desirable bottle hole configuration.
