摘要
在钻井过程中为了达到保护储层的目的,通常根据储层的平均孔喉半径,在上部钻井液中加入合适粒径的暂堵剂,再配合胶体填充粒子等,将上部钻井液改造为完井液;但往往在实际井中,储层孔喉半径分布范围较宽,导致经改造后的钻井完井液仅对某井段具有较好的屏蔽暂堵效果,而对另外的井段则不能起到较好地保护储层作用。针对储层孔径分布范围较大的特点,配制了17个配方,分别进行了污染试验,根据室内岩样污染评价结果,提出了采用原浆加3%阳离子乳化沥青进行屏蔽暂堵技术,室内评价表明,该技术对储层有很好的保护作用。
Abstract
Pretect reservoir is very important during drilling.According to the size of average pore radius, appropriate grain size of temporarily plugging agent blend into drilling fluid which upon reservoir. The drilling fluid, with colloid filler particle, was changed completion fluids.In practice, the completion fluids only had good effect shielding temporarily plugging in some wall of a well by the wide range of. pore radius.Aim at this abuse, 17 formulations via test of pollution were prepared.Test, as a result, indicated original slurry mixs cation emulsified asphalt was a best way pretect reservoir.
