小尺寸变径稳定器在小井眼定向井中的应用

小井眼由于其井眼间隙小,井下容易发生阻、卡,为了防止阻、卡的发生,减少井下事故,研究了?165.1mm液力变径稳定器。对液力变径稳定器的工作原理、特点进行了论述,对防阻、卡的原理进行了分析,通过现场试验,得出液力变径稳定器耐磨损,寿命长;并可根据实际需要调整钻具组合,减少更换底部钻具组合的次数。
In slim-hole drilling, such downhole troubles as pipe blocking and sticking frequently occur, due to the small clearance between the bore wall and drilling pipe. A 165.1mm dimension-variable hydraulic stabilizer is developed to minimize such problems, and its working mechanism and features are illustrated, its mechanism of preventing pipe blocking and sticking are also analyzed. The hydraulic stabilizer has strong wear resistance and long using life, and the BHA can be adjusted according to the real drilling conditions, therefore the changes of BHA can be minimized as well.
