摘要
射孔调剖的思想是根据油层的渗流阻力分布优化射孔流动阻力,从而实现在油藏流动阻力非均质的情况下使各层总的流动阻力相差幅度缩小,达到调剖目的。根据射孔调剖理论和全井多层射孔的数值模型,确定了分层射孔优化设计方法。同时开发研制了射孔调剖优化设计软件,由此计算出使油井产能最大的分层孔密、孔深、孔径等射孔方式,并对各个参数进行敏感性分析。
Abstract
The idea about profile control by perforation is basically on the distributing of formation seep resistance. After optimizing perforation seep resistance, the discrepancy range of seep resistance about all the different is reduce. According to "Profile Control by Perforation" theory and multi-layer numerical model of perforating, the paper introduces a method to optimize the perforating strategy based on the property of each layer respectively. Corresponding software has been developed to calculate perforating length and density, and also to operate sensibility analysis.
