水力喷射泵采油是20世纪90年代初研制成功的一种采油新工艺,1994年通过ISO9001质量体系认证,主要适用于稠油井、出砂严重及偏磨、腐蚀严重的油井。1998年3月开始在垦西油田K71断块实施该工艺,目前有管网式水力喷射泵井27口,与常规机械采油相比,垦西油田油井免修期由110d延长到350d左右。介绍了管网式水利喷射泵采油工艺及其在垦西油田的实施效果。

Hydraulic jetting pump is a new recovery technique in 90’s, and has gained the ISO9001 attestation in 1994. The pump is mainly for dense oil well, which always easy to happen sand flow and erosion well. The technique has been applied in K71 fault block at Kenxi Oilfield in 1998. which has popularized to 27 wells now. At the same time, well’s lifetime from 110 days has been prolonged to 350 days. The paper introduces the hydraulic jetting pump’s recovery technique. The preferment result used in Kenxi Oilfield was introduced.
