摘要
随着油田的不断开发,地下能量逐渐降低,特别是在煤层气井的排采过程中,不可能向地下补充能量,使得部分油井以及大部分煤层气井均为负压生产,导致地层砂或压裂砂不断地流入井筒中,最终将掩埋油层,从而影响油井的正常生产。而这种油井在修井过程中,若采用循环法冲砂,由于井漏无法建立正常循环,使得砂子无法带至地面。多功能捞砂筒是在普通捞砂筒的基础上,增加了旋转钻进功能,当遇到坚硬的砂面时,可先将砂子钻散,然后再将砂子吸入沉砂管中,通过起下管柱将砂子带至地面,起到了提高油气井产量的目的。
Abstract
A kind of new type of multifunction fishing sand barrel was introduced. It was remolded on the base of the normal fishing sand barrel, add the function of rotation and drilling. With drilling, the tool can make the strong sand in a wellhole into loose, then suck the sand into the barrel, with the string and barrel to carry the sand to ground. These make the well to produce smoothly.
