无荧光防塌降滤失剂KH-931在深井钻井液中的应用

在深井钻井工程施工中,常常遇到易塌井段,要求所使用的钻井液处理剂具有良好的抑制性和较高的抗温性能。通过对无荧光防塌降滤失剂KH-931性能分析,并结合现场应用情况,论述了该产品的性能特点,提出这种产品特别适用于深井、探井和易塌井段钻井工程中。
In deep well drilling, hole collapsing is likely to take place in some intervals, thus the drilling fluid systems are required to posses better inhibition capacity, better lubricity and higher temperature tolerance. A fluorescence free anti-sloughing filtrate reducer KH-931 is developed to meet these requirements, as it has the following advantages over good shale hydration and dispersion controlling capability, lower filtration, higher temperature tolerance and better compatibility with other additives. Drilling fluid treated by it is stable and easy for maintenance, and suits for drilling in the sloughing intervals. In addition, as it is free of fluorescence and causes little interference to mud logging, it is a better alternative for drilling the exploratory well and evaluation well.
