海上油田机采井经济免修期计算新方法

NEW APPROACH FOR CALCULATING THE ECONOMIC MAINTENANCE-FREE PERIOD OF THE MECHANICAL PUMPING WELLS IN OFFSHORE OILFIELDS

针对埕岛油田机采井生产和作业中存在的一些问题,首次引入了经济免修期评价指标。根据油井产量递减理论和单井经济极限产量理论,建立了机采井的经济免修期评价模型,并提出了机采井的经济免修期评价计算方法。计算结果表明,该方法简单、有效,为提高油井的开发经济效益提供了可靠的理论依据,对海上油田机采井的生产管理具有实际的指导意义。

The new evaluation approach for Economic Maintenance-free Period (EMP) for mechanical pumping wells is first presented aimed at some problems which existed in producing treatment of the mechanical pumping wells in Chengdao Oilfield. The EMP evaluating model of mechanical pumping wells is established and the calculated method of EMP is presented based on the theories of well production rate decline and well economic limited oil production. The calculated results show that the new approach is simple and effective, which present the reliable theory basis for improving the economy of the shore wells, and can be efficiently used to managing the offshore well production.
