厚油层液力投捞细分注水工艺技术

SUBDIVIDED LAYERS WATER INJECTION TECHNOLOGY IN THICK PRODUCTION FORMATION BY HYDRAULIC RUNNING AND PULLING

针对常规分层注水工艺技术在厚层细分注水中的不足,开展了液力投捞细分注水工艺技术的研究。该技术采用液力投捞方式,一次投捞两级配水器芯子和5支井下电子流量计,可同时测试5层注水量、调配5层水嘴,测试调配效率高;通过管柱机械定位使封隔器在最小坐封段仅0.89m的距离上准确卡封,最小卡封距达1.8m,可实现连续的薄夹层和薄注入层的细分注水;管柱类型为井口悬挂式,不仅适合浅井细分注水,同样适合于深井、斜井细分注水。该技术已在现场试验应用15井次,工艺成功率和有效率达100%,达到了细分注水、测试的目的。
A subdivided layer water injection technology through hydraulic running and pulling method is developed, according to some problems of conventional separate layer water injection technology in thick production interval. By hydraulic means, the pipes can be run and pulled within the same time. It also can test flow rate and regulate water nozzles in five injecting zones simultaneously with higher efficiency. A packer can be set and sealed accurately in the minimum setting interval of 0.89m with mini sticking and sealing distance of 1.8m by mechanical tubing string locator, allowing for successive thin interbred and injection layers to be water injected subdivided. The type of injecting string is hanging one at wellhead, suit for both shallow and deep and deviated wells. Some 14 well field trials showed that the success rate and the effective rate are 100%.
