详细地介绍了流体动力式声波发生器在原油防蜡降粘方面的研究和应用情况,并对发生器的工作性能参数进行了试验测试与优化,优选出几种具有实际应用效果的声波发生器。此外,还针对声波发生器的降粘效果开展了试验研究和现场应用推广工作。室内试验和现场应用效果表明,这种流体动力式声波防蜡降粘技术能够大幅度地降低原油的粘度,减少原油在井筒中的流动阻力,为高粘及高含蜡原油的生产提供了一种增产降耗的有效措施。
As a new application of physical production technology, an valid effect was gained with sound wave in oil production of wax control and viscosity reduction. The sonic generator with hydro-power was introduced in detail, and the operating parameters of it were tested and optimized. A few sonic generators which has better application effect have been picked out, which can reduce viscidity of crude oil largely and lessen the flow resistance of oil in well bore. It is an effective measure of oil production which the oil is with higher viscidity and more wax.
