调剖堵水材料研究现状与发展趋势

RECENT STUDY AND DEVELOPMENT OF MATERIAL FOR PROFILE CONTROL AND WATER SHUTOFF

综述了近年来油田常用调剖堵水材料研究的现状和最新成果。分析了各种材料的性能和实用性。介绍了复合材料、延缓交联体系、胶态分散凝胶、高吸水树脂等今后可能大规模应用的材料,以及了无机材料、工业废弃物、磁性材料、活性稠油等较为廉价的材料。最后探讨了油田调剖堵水材料的研究方向,即疏水缔合聚合物、新型表面活性剂、微胶囊技术已经或有望取得突破并得到实际应用。纳米材料、生物酶等材料将成为调剖堵水材料研究的难点问题。
The recent study work and development of materials for profile control and water shutoff are reviewed in this paper. Those material are high water content material, MMH, super absorb polymer, water-soluble hydrophpbically, cross-link polymer, Geminis surfactant, enzymes and magnetic material. The futures of those materials are analyzed. The paper also discussed further study work of materials for profile control and water shutoff.
