云2-平1水平井钻井技术

HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY IN WELL YUN2-PING1

中原油田云2块S1下为条带状断块油藏,油藏地质条件复杂,油层段夹层多,边水活跃,产能高。为改善油田开发效果,完钻了云2-平1井。该井井身剖面类型为直增增增平,为中原油田第1口中曲率水平井,由于油藏需要,该井在水平段扭方位31.7°。在钻井过程中采用了三靶点井身结构、正电胶聚合物钻井液、双弓扶正器和弹力式浮箍,应用了MWD钻杆输送水平井测井技术。充分利用了地质导向技术,严格控制井眼轨迹,成功地钻完该区第1口高难度水平井。
Strip fault-block reservoirs exist in Block Yun2, and the geological condition is complex, e.g., multiple inter-beds, active edge water, and high productivity. To improve the development efficiency in this block, a horizontal well, Yun2-Ping1 was drilled. It was the first medium radius horizontal well in Zhongyuan Oilfield, with a wellbore profile of vertical-building-building-building-horizontal, and an azimuth of 31.7°was required in the horizontal section. Well configuration of three target points was selected, and MMH polymer drilling fluid was used during drilling. Double-bow casing centralizer and elastic float collar were used in completion of this well, and drill pipe conveying MWD horizontal well logging technology was applied. By fully use of the geo-steering technology, and strictly control of the well trajectory, this horizontal well was successfully drilled.
