单稳定器钻具组合特性分析及应用

运用纵横弯曲理论对定向井中单稳定器钻具组合的力学特性进行了分析,根据分析结果优选了单稳定器增斜、稳斜、降斜钻具组合。从4个方面论述了单稳定器钻具组合的特性,阐明了稳定器外径、钻压、井斜角与钻头井斜力的关系,分析了钻铤对稳定器钻具组合的影响。通过在陇东、陕北地区200余口定向井、丛式井的应用,取得了较好的使用效果,既满足了定向井轨迹控制的需要,又达到了快速、安全钻井的目的。
The mechanics characteristics of the single stabilizer BHA in directional well was thoroughly analyzed based on the theory of vertical-lateral bending, and the building, holding and dropping BHAs of single stabilizer were selected according to the analysis. Its characteristics were described from four aspects, and the relationship between the stabilizer OD, WOB, hole inclination and bit deviating force was also illustrated. The influence of drill collar to the performance of single stabilizer BHA was further investigated. The selected BHAs were used in over 200 directional and cluster wells in Longdong and Shanbei, and remarkable improvement on drilling performance was found, moreover, it met the requirements of trajectory control in directional well, and realized the goal of safe and fast drilling.
