摘要
从矿场实践出发,针对龙虎泡高台子区块套损的6个特点,从几个方面分析了龙虎泡高台子区块套损原因,首先从理论上进行了研究,得到了理论支持;其次综合分析了油田地质、开发特征及套损特点,提出了该区块套损的主要原因是注水过程中微裂缝开启、延伸,导致泥岩夹层进水,使泥岩吸水蠕变,产生非均匀外载超过套管的抗挤毁强度,从而使套管产生椭圆变形。最后结合现场实际情况,给出了相应的5个预防及治理措施,龙虎泡高台子区块套损速度得到缓解,对低渗透致密性油藏开发具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract
The reason why casing failure occurred in Gaotaizi fault is analyzed from a few aspects aimed at the characters of casing failure in this area. Firstly, it is studied in theory and obtained sustain. Secondly, the field geology, the production feature and the casing failure character are analyzed synthetically.. Then, the main reason is brought forward that micro-fracture opening and extending bring mudstone sop and creep. So the production uneven load is bigger than the compressive strength of casing. This makes casing becoming ellipse. Five preventive measures have been put forward and the speed about casing failure in Gaotaizi fault become slower.
