摘要

导向钻井技术是井眼轨迹控制的一项领先技术。江苏油田在定向井钻进中应用了导向钻井技术,取得了较好的经济效益。文中着重介绍了导向钻具组合的结构,钻头、钻井参数的优选,优化井身剖面设计,井身轨迹控制技术,导向钻具组合应用等,并总结出了适合江苏油田?2 15.9mm井眼的导向钻具组合系列。对其它采用导向钻井技术的井眼轨迹控制技术有着现实的指导意义。

Abstract

As an advanced drilling technology in trajectory control, steering drilling is applied in the directional drilling of Jiangsu Oilfield with good economic benefits. The focuses in this paper are mainly on the structure of steering assembly, bit selection and drilling parameters optimization, casing design, trajectory control and steering tool performances, etc. The steering assemblies suitable for the ?215.9 mm borehole in Jiangsu Oilfield are recommended.
