通过对矿渣MTC固化体与水泥固化体微观结构差异的分析以及对矿渣MTC脆裂问题的影响因素分析,认为激活剂是引起矿渣MTC脆裂问题的主要因素,也是改善和强化固化体强度和韧性的关键因素。借助超高强度水泥理论和复合材料理论,提出了改进矿渣MTC固化体韧性和强度的新途径,由此研制出的增强型MTC固化体,经现场应用效果较好。
By analyzing the microstructure differences between slag MTC solids and cement solids, and through investigating the factors influencing slag cement embrittlement, it concludes that the activating agent is the main factor that causes slag cement embrittlement, and the key factor that improves and enhances the strength and toughness of the solids as well. A new method that improves the strength and toughness of MTC slag cement solids is proposed based on the theories of super strength cement and compound materials, and the newly developed MTC slag cement proves to be effective in field using.
