老君庙油田浅井低温油层复合解堵技术研究与应用

COMPOSITE PLUG REMOVEL TECHNOLOGY IN SHALLOW AND LOW TEMPERATURE FORMATION IN YUMEN OILFIELD

针对浅井低温油层出现的日益复杂的混合堵塞,在充分认识油层岩性特征和油层堵塞机理的基础上,成功研究了对无机堵塞物和有机堵塞物均有显著解除作用的复合解堵技术,该技术以多种有机成分和添加剂组成的液体体系为前置液,以缓速酸-氟硼酸液体体系为主体液,不但对混合堵塞物具有显著的解堵作用,而且对出砂井还有抑制地层出砂的作用,现场应用结果表明,该技术具有投入少、见效快、增产效果显著之特点。2 0 0 0年共试验 4井次,全部有效,累计增油 10 2 4t。
Aim at the increasing complex mix plugging in shallow and low temperature field, the technology of composite plug removal, which has notability function on inorganic blockage and organic blockage, was successfully studied base on the sufficiency cognition of formation lithology character and its plugging machanism. With multi-organic component and additive compositive as pad fluid, retarded acid and fluorboric acid liquid as main liquid, the technology possess sand control function more than plug removal, which has been developed important technique in Laojunmiao Oilfield. Field testing indicate that this technology has lower cost, quicker action and higher stimulation effect. Four wells were done in 2000, which efficiency rate is 100% and increase production add up to 1024 t.
