埕岛浅海油田注水管柱及配套工艺技术

WATER FLOODING PIPE STRING TECHNOLOGY USED IN CHENGDAO SHALLOW SEA OILFIELD

根据埕岛浅海油田的开发现状,阐述了注水方案部署及其对注水工艺技术的特殊要求,重点介绍了埕岛浅海油田防砂注水管柱及配套工艺技术构成,即分层防砂工艺、分层注水工艺和测试投捞调配工艺 3大部分。分层防砂工艺是指防砂管柱坐封丢手后留在井中,分层封隔器保证了动态停注过程中层与层之间严密分割、互不串通,特殊结构的金属棉滤砂管与采用单流阀结构的注水阀组成一个密闭空间,保证地层砂不会反吐到防砂管柱内部;分层注水工艺中主要采用了集成式综合封隔配水器,注入水在经过配水器后,各层注水量的调配是通过改变配水器内芯子上的水嘴大小来实现的;测试投捞调配工艺根据海上平台的工作条件及目前注水井测试调配工艺技术现状,采用液力投捞方式进行井下测试和调配。目前该项工艺技术已经在埕岛浅海油田顺利实施 17井次,成功率 10 0%,管柱分层清楚,注水量清楚,对应生产井见到了明显的增油效果
Sand control and water flooding pipe string and its matching technologies, include separate sand control technique, separate water flooding technique, testing pulling and running prepare technique, were introduced emphases aim at the development status of Chengdao Shallow Sea Oilfield. The special request about the technology and the water flooding project were expounded. Seventeen wells field testing were done in Shengli Oilfield, that its successful rate is 100%. The pipe string can separate layers clarity. The stimulation effect of corresponding oil well is obvious.
