滑动导向钻具复合钻进技术在沙19-10井的应用分析

APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS OF COMPOUNDING DRILLING TECHNOLOGY OF THE SLIDE STEERING BHA IN WELL SHA19-10

在当今导向钻井技术最新发展中,旋转导向钻井技术占据了主导地位。但对于定向井、水平井和大位移井的水平位移较小的井段而言,滑动导向钻具组合连续导向钻井技术具有独特的优点。现场实践表明,这种导向技术可以较大幅度地提高钻井效益,缩短建井周期。结合江苏油田沙 19- 10井使用滑动导向钻具组合的情况,探讨了这种连续导向技术中的复合钻井技术,研究了井斜角、稳定器间距、钻压等参数对复合钻井导向力的影响规律。结果表明:这种连续导向技术具有十分显著的优点,通过较好地设计钻具组合的结构,得到令人满意的井眼轨迹控制效果,而且经济效益十分明显。
The rotary steering technology plays an important role in modern steering drilling, yet the slide steering technology has its particular advantage over trajectory control of directional well, horizontal well, and extended reach well of medium displacement. Oilfield practices show that this technology can improve drilling rate and shorten well construction period. By referring to well Sha 19-10 of Jiangsu Oilfield, the compounding drilling mode of this technology is studied, and calculating of the steering force with the slide steering BHA is brought forward. The influence of main parameters is studied also. Results show that by preferably designing the slide steering BHA, an appropriate steering force can be gained, and its economic benefit is also remarkable.
