摘要
通过分析泡沫钻井液对水平井段井眼净化的影响因素,并在室内试验的基础上,优选出泡沫钻井液配方,对配方的影响因素进行了分析、评价,将优选出的泡沫钻井液配方应用于水平井牛 10 2井中,能够较好的净化井眼,提高机械钻速 3~4倍。
Abstract
This paper describes an optimized foam drilling fluid, based on the analysis to the influential factors of hole cleaning in the horizontal section and laboratory tests. The formula is also analyzed and evaluated. The optimized drilling fluid is used in a horizontal well Niu 102, and field using has proved its good hole cleaning capability, and ROP is also improved 3~4 times.
