摘要

系统地进行了斜直井中旋转状态下钻柱稳定性的试验研究,描述了旋转钻柱失稳的过程,分析了旋转状态下影响钻柱稳定性的主要因素。通过与静止状态下钻柱稳定性试验的对比,发现二者的试验现象和结果显著不同,因而旋转对于钻柱的稳定性有重要的影响。文中的结论对于理论分析和现场生产具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

This paper describes how the rotary drilling stem lost its stability in detail, and presents the main factors influencing drill stem stability in rotary condition. As compared with the stability test in static condition, obvious different results are obtained, and this shows that the drill stem stability is greatly influenced in the rotary condition. The conclusions obtained from the study can be used as references for theoretical analysis and guides for field drilling.
